I went so far as to hide out in the closet, listening to music for a few hours the one day. It was raining, so I couldn't go outside, and the children were screaming at each other, my dad and Heidi were fighting, so I just went into a closet, put my headphones on and blasted the music away. So yeah, there's a lot of ways, but sometimes you also just want to go FAR away.
